Just be forewarned, you may or may not like the answer.

Advice? Help?

The reason I ask this is because me and my girlfriend are having issues, Im not sure if i want to be with her, I feel numb, i like spending time with her and i have many wonderful memories and i dont want to let go, things arent the best but i want them to get better. My gf wants me sure for a fact that i want to be with her., I do ocd so it doesnt help. I dont want to be with anyone else, nor do i want her to be with anyone else, I want things to be better between us and the apathy vail to be liftedAdvice? Help?
if you are feeling numb spice it up. I don't know what type of relationship you have or how old you are so it is hard to give you good ideas. Try leaving notes around the house for a hidden present. A clue that will send her on a treasure hunt in a way and the last clue will send her to a restaurant where she meets up with you buy her something like a necklace or jewelry of some sort a watch with do you know what time it is in the box and the clue to where she can find out a movie she would like etc.... it's a lot of fun to plan and to enjoy the reaction when she arrives.

Umm I kinda need a bit of advice/help...

Hi, so um I want to lose the flab on my stomach. It鈥檚 not that bad and I鈥檓 fine with my thighs and such. I know you can鈥檛 spot reduce but do you have any advice for what I should do. I also have a bit of fat on my hips鈥?suggestions?Umm I kinda need a bit of advice/help...
crunches and side crunches. Standing with good posture also helps flatten out your stomach. Singing works muscles in there that help flatten it as well but if your not a singer that would not be tha best way.

Good luck :))Umm I kinda need a bit of advice/help...
Don't do crunches just yet. It will only tighten the fat and make it hard. You won't become flat. Read up about the south beach diet, it will shrink your stomach and add some cardio as well. Walking is great! Once you see you are starting to lose a little, start crunches.

It's the best and healthiest:)
Change your life style for good...calorie shift your meals and workout as often as possible(cardio %26amp; toning exercises in moderation)...there is no other way to get slim and stay slim for life...swimming,running,jogging,brisk walking, kickboxing, yoga, pilates, dancing and rope skipping are all good for belly fat
cardio is the key... running, elipticle trainers and stuff will totally tone your mucles.

the secret is that just doing one section of your body all the time won't help you. you have to spread it out, one day do abs, the other focus on cardio...

situps can injure you, so do crunches

Running and tons of situps and leg lifts should do the trick.

during each commercial break, do 100 crunches. it helps :)
sit ups, tummy crunches, half crunches. Start off small amounts and build up. Make a log of what you are doing and try and increase it as you can manage. Just make realistic goals thats all. A bit of aerobic exercise too if you can - swimming, walking, jogging etc
Cardio is the best, walk, run, jump rope. Tone up the tummy and hips a bit. Do lunges, squats, and tons of crunches. That should help.
workout and do sit ups i find elliptical machines, and the stair step machine work great for toning and slimming down
100 situps everynight
strengthen your stomach
run everyday.

cruches/situps.
Do 100 sit ups a day.

It tones yor muscles [:

xx
how about try going to the gym?

or don't eat so many pies?
crunches sit ups.

What is a good book to help me learn about stocks? I'm rolling over my 401K into an IRA and would like advice.?

I'm close to graduating college and have been putting funds into my 401K until I was laid off. I've lost close to half of the invested funds and am now wanting to try the stock market. I have little to invest now but plan on contributing more as soon as I can. I just want to learn and know more before I roll over my 401K into an IRA account. What is a good book to help me learn about stocks? I'm rolling over my 401K into an IRA and would like advice.?
Here is some reading material that can get you started in the right direction,

The first book you should read is Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki

Then try some of these

What Works on Wall Street by James O'Shaunessey

Beating the Street by Peter Lynch

One Up on Wall Street by Peter Lynch

The Warren Buffett Way by Robert Hagstrom

Trading For a Living by Alexander Elder

Get into the habit of making daily visits to some websites like MSN Money and Yahoo Finance. (http://moneycentral.msn.com/home.asp http://finance.yahoo.com/ )

While at MSN following the strategy lab analysts to get a feel for what the pros are doing and why. This site has some basic information for beginners. If any site offers free information, take it.

Other website that can provide instructions and help with procedures and terminology are

Investopedia - http://www.investopedia.com/ Stock Charts - http://stockcharts.com/

http://www.investorshub.com/ http://www.1source4stocks.com/

Visit some of the more professional websites like Zacks - http://www.zacks.com/

Smart Money - http://www.smartmoney.com/ Schaeffer’s – http://www.schaeffersresearch.com/

Some of these web sites will have advertisers who are worth looking into also. And remember, if they offer free information, get it.

Attend all the free seminars you can, just be careful and don’t get pressured into anything you really don’t want or need. Most schools offer courses in finance and economics, but very few will have courses on the mechanics of the investment markets, if they do try taking the course. You may want to consider on-line courses, the New York Institute of Finance use to have such courses. Try to get some fee information from the stocks exchanges they all have (had) free booklets, SIAC and some of the regulators (FINRA SEC MSRB CBOE) may provide some free literature. What is a good book to help me learn about stocks? I rarely buy individual stocks any more due to the ';single point of failure'; theory. Instead I try and pick a sector using ETFs (both leveraged and non-leveraged).

I am soo nervous! i need your advice! Help!?

Basically, i am nervous all the time. It's so stressing because i don't want to be stressed!

The main reason is my boyfriend: we've been together for over a year now and i truly love him and i know he loves me to ( everything is GREAT between us ). But i have really low self esteem and i am always scared to mess up and to make him want to leave me. every time i tell him something i keep thinking about his reaction! I need to relax, but i just keep hesitating and shaking. Any advice...please??I am soo nervous! i need your advice! Help!?
If your boyfriend really loves you, he wouldnt leave you for little things you do or tiny mess-ups, or even being nervous! If he loves you, he probably fell in love with you beacuse of those little tiny things that make you different from the other girls! I understand being nervous is totally jank sometimes because it sometimes ruins the fun when your doing something. But when you are just remember that everything you do is ment to be and whatever you end up doing God has a plan for it. =) Your never alone!:)I am soo nervous! i need your advice! Help!?
just chill baby...i'm sure he wont leave you

  • Relationship and love advice...help?

I met a girl whom i liked a lot, and i felt she did the same way, but i dont know what to do next...in other words i dont know how to take things forward to maintain a good relationship...I dont know a lot about her, neither does she, but we just clicked...should i ask her out?call her? text her to check up on her and say hi? i dont know what to do...and if i do it, when to stop! any ideas?Relationship and love advice...help?
It may takes a little time for you to ber sure that she's the right person for you, so just hang out with her a little longer and give it more time to make sure its right or if you mess up you both will be heartbroken and its not good D: so yah. good luck with that.

just when ya do assignment in class be her partner or trying to be friends with her.

    Good Luck!Relationship and love advice...help?
I think it would be cute to text her and see how she is, because it shows you were thinking about her. After a little while of texting her i'd call and talk for awhile then ask her out. =) Just don't rush things...
Call her or write her first so you can get to know more about each other and then be more comfortable together.
just send her a message, make a normal conversation, dont seem eager or desperate, and dont text her too much. maybe a 6 text conversation daily untill yall hook up.
ask her out and see where it goes... don't worry about it just hang out with her and be a friend
