okay so i just got my hair cut, pretty short, lots of layers, choppy side bangs, and agles, its up to right under my shoulder

Personally, just your typical hair care really, heat protection spray,
condition it loads, short hair looks really sexy when its shiny and looks healthy!
especially condition if you colour your hair!
and go to the hair dressers to chop off any split or damaged ends!
