lay off the chips and exercise oh and eat healthy stuff tooI need some advice to help my child losae weight she is 13 and wears 250?
First off did you mean weighs? If you did then start with food, don't supply too many sweets around the house. Keep them as treats, not everyday items. Then once her weight lowers a little bit start to exercise a little bit with her. Find a place were its just you 2, so she doesn't have pressure from anyone. Gradually make the exercises longer or more intense. And just remember she is a child still, you are her mom, and to you she is always going to be beautiful. Give her a good diet rich in fruits veggies, lean meat fish , pasta let her drink 7 8 glasses of water a day . She should walk 2 miles, swim , run . She could join a gym . Make sure she uses her body, does the stairs, avoiding the elevators. Give her shores as to be active forget the junk food Walk with her play ball with her , its good for the two of you.
