Please help diet advice very important?

ok i am going away in about a month and i would like to lose atleast 8 pds i am 5'4 116 pounds is it possible that just by eatin fruit and veggies for 2 weeks and moderatley exercise will i lose weight?Please help diet advice very important?
Weight loss is easiest when you decrease your caloric intake and increase you exercise You take in less calories than you burn. Eating fruits and vvegetablesis okay, but you have to look and see the calories of the foods your eating. Some veggies have little or no calories, celery, but they also do not have any real nutritional value aside from fiber. If you are cutting out your proteins (meat) be sure that the fruits and veggies replace what you are missing nutritionally. As far as eexercise goes, cardio has always been the best for my personal weight loss.





Honestly though at 116, you may not want to loose weight, how about toning what you already have. Many people, myself included, have toned up the weight we have and had people ask, ';hey, have you lost weight.'; Just food for thought.Please help diet advice very important?
Exercise is key in any diet, as well as eating healthy. Eating fruits and vegetables (as you said) are a great alternative to an unhealthy food, so if you feel like eating something unhealthy try and fill yourself up with something healthy so you feel full. Try eating small, more frequent healthy meals, and try not to exceed around 5 hours of not eating because your metabolism slows down. Exercise should happen around 3-4 times a week and try to only drink water, so you don't have to worry about the extra calories in drinks. Hope this helps, and good luck.
Try eating 5-6 small, healthy meals a day. This will allow you're body to break down the food faster, increasing the speed of you're metabolism. Exercise at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes each. You need to get you're hear rate up, that's how you lose calories. Don't do crash dieting. It works for a few days and then nothing happens because you start to maintain you're weight, and then when you start eating reguarly you will gain more weight than what you lost.
It will be really hard to sustain your appetite with such a restricted diet.


You only have to consume fewer calories than you expend to lose weight. You need to do to burn 500 calories per day and eat 500 less than you normally do. Eat smaller portions and exercise your tail off. You should see results in about 4-6 weeks.
