I Feel Fat, does anyone have advice on how to lose wait, and excersizes that will help me lose weight?

i feel fat all the time, i smit with a shirt on and im rly self conscious. i want to lose weight in my stomach and chest, while working out to get stronger to. i have like an eating problem because i ams o addicted to junk food. any ideas on how to stop my eating addiction too?I Feel Fat, does anyone have advice on how to lose wait, and excersizes that will help me lose weight?
go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.


I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Calculate your weight in pounds by 12, this will give you your approx. daily need for calories. Add more if you are very active, reduce if you are sedentary. Then plan a deficit of about 500 calories per day, you'll lose about 2 pounds per week. Just ditch the junk, if you really want to lose you will be able too. Snack on fruits and vegetables. If you really do have a food addiction, see a counsellor. Do lots of excersizing,

Lots and lots of kids are addicted to junk food - that's how they sell it. It's like any addictive drug. Atkins will explain what's happening in your body to make you eat this crap and how to make it STOP!





It's pretty neat. And if you're younger, people lose weight really fast. But use your head too - Atkins isn't magic - you do have to stay on the diet.
Believe it or not sleeping burns calories. So get a good nitez rest (meaning 8 hourz or more with a hour nap in the day time). Or just start off by walking for an hour with headfonez or something or with a friend. Also when you go shopping go when ur full so you wont be tempted. Turn on ur favorite song and just dance to it. ANYTHING that gets ur heartrate up means ur eventually gona start buring calories. And I guarantee if u cut out half of all the sugar u'll lose a gud 5 pounds.. Itz a start but Gud luck!!
Drink lots of water,at least 6 glasses.


Eat fruits and vegetables too.
