I want to lose five pounds this week, any help/advice?

5 pounds in 5-7 days... any advice on how to get this to work?





indoor activities would be best, and also a diet plan would help :]


i dont eat meals though, just randomly when hungry.





im 5'7 and 115 pounds right now, i want to be 110 pounds.





i dont want responses about how i shouldnt lose weight, i just want tips. (although im aware that there will be plenty of annoying and partially retarded people telling me this anyway)

well its not very likely that u will lose 5 pounds in a week. maybe like in two weeks or something.


but u could definately loose a bunch by going on the all liquid diet-- that works MIRACLES. u pee all of ur water weight out, but ur still nurished. lol





make sure u stay somewhat active too.


and u should get some like slimfast bars or hunger killer bars to wipe out ur appetite. there r even like some drink mixes that u can add to water/milk or w/e and that will do the same.I want to lose five pounds this week, any help/advice?
whatever you do dont starve yourself, your body will go into a natural protection mode by holding on to the stored fat, just to stay alive. drink lots of water, green tea, eat foods high in protein- chicken (not fried) turkey, etc.... low in carbs and simple sugars, white bread, pasta, white rice. even stay away from diet sodas. of course cardio work, walking, running, situps,crunches, and wear something heavy such as sweats, when you sweat you will be burning off fat and lose inches. good luck.
5 pounds in a week is very hard, but i guess you should try working out a little, (not lifting!), have protein shakes, and eat as little as possible! but the number 1 thing is- DON'T eat ';diet'; drinks or foods. they will mess up with your diet! really, just drink water, eat nuts and fruit, and walk alot! good luck..
