Ok so I want my hair curly but I don't want it poofy. Just kindof like rings also does garnier curl shampoo really make your hairl curly or is it for people with curly hair? Also I need a good website on how to do french braids so my mom can do it for me. Thanks in advance!Hair curling advice please help me out and make my day!?
When you want ringlets you need to use good products (the right kind of gel) and the curling iron (or rollers to do it the good old fashioned way!!!). Also, you want to pull the section of hair to be rolled into the iron or curler into a strip and then wind from the top to the bottom in a spiral.
The key here is to NOT brush the hair after it is curled! Just spritz it with hair spray.
Good luck to you!
Also, I do not know a good website for french braiding, but if your mom is good at following written directions here it is:
Starting from the point you want the braid (can be done on top of the head at the hairline, behind bangs or at the crown, depending on the look you want) use a tail comb and section a medium-large triangle of hair and divide into 3 equal sections. Cross an outer section with the center and then the other outer section with the center (just as if starting a normal braid). Now, you will continue to braid the hair as usual, except every time you go to cross an outer section over you comb another 1/4 in. to 1/2 in. section of hair from the hairline in with it. Once you ';get it';, it is very simple to do.

The hair shampoo does not work. I would suggest using a curling iron or hot rollers. Wash your hair at night so in the morning it is dry, then either use the hot rollers or the curling iron and hairspray The more you work with your hair the easier it gets. Also go to a beauty school and get your hair styled they can help you with all that and they only charge like 5 or 7 dollars. I am not talking about a beauty shop a beauty school, they do a good job. Sorry I am unsure of a web site but french braiding is real easy, all you do is braid like normal and whenever you bring the section of hair into cross over the middle you also bring in hair from the same side. Just practice you will get it. When I was younger I taught myself. Good Luck!
What I would do is shave my head bald then glue my pubes to my head.
-after showerin or doin ur normal rutine, blow dry ur hair if its wet
-wen dryed, curl section of ur hair piece by piece.
-but after doin one piece, curl i bac together lik how u wud do if u use a curler and use a bobby pin to keep it in place
-then curl all of ur hair piece by piece
-after curlin all ur hair nd clipin them. do ur normal routine in the morning lik eating breakfast or changin...then wen its time to go, release all the pins nd u'll get great curls....
-dunno if i answered ur question right...lol-
-nd for the french braidin, u can go to www.youtube.com nd search in 'how to french braid' or somethin lik that nd theyll show u how to do it.
spray your hair in the evening w/ a watered down mixture of sports hair gel, and warm water....shake it up first. then roll it in rollers, in the morning take em out...works great for me
use a curling iron really it works for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
