Help me please i need advice about my coputer?

I opened my computer today and i found most of my documents were erased and there is a sentence written in all of them


'; Data Error { 47 0f 9493 f4 k5 } and all of them were modified on 3/5/2006 at 10.47 pm





What does it mean and what can I do ?Help me please i need advice about my coputer?

that sounds like a virus. there's one thats just like that called My Doom. d/l or buy a real good virus scanner and update/run it. Get a windows CD and attempt to repair windows. If worse comes to worse you will need format.





before you format though, make sure you find out what virus you have exactly. Do some research, there will most liekly be instructions on completely removing it and saving your files. gl!
i also think that virus went to your system.... if you are using xp, then you might got it from email and portable disk. It's a hidden virus... Plus if you click on your ';my computer'; icon,then try clicking ';tool'; option and if you find out thst your ';folder option'; is missing. For sure your system was infected by virus through email.
dont know it means but it heapen to me once! I saved my file in a floppy dick. the next day all of it is erased! go see an computer engineer! maybe U have a virus!
