this is a very common problem,

hair fall can be due to several reasons and each requires a different remedy.

it may be because you're taking too much stress or tension,

if this is so, try to reduce stress, and if that's not possible, concentrate on your diet, you should eat healthy food, and salads and fruits..

Another reason can be the weather and climate change you experienced and a change in the kind of water your washing your hair with,

for this you should give it some time to adjust,,many people experience this problem when they shift from one place to another..it will eventually be okay

BUT u can always oil your hair regularly and dint use conditioner (if you are)

mix 1 egg with 2 tbsp honey and half cup yogurt and apply the lather to ur hair..leave it on for 30 mins and rinse it off

apply the mixture once a week

Best of luck!I have a severe hair fall problem.can i find any help or advice regarding it.please help?
Hair loss can be mainly caused by major shocks or stress related to the person. If you are stressed or in some type of trauma then this maybe the reason for your situation- even if it was something that happened a while back. The good thing is that hair falls out and re-grows back all the time. However you need to make sure that you can do less yourself to make this problem a bigger one.

Eating green vegetables will also help for nutrition and they contain some vitamins which is useful for the hair- making it stronger and more healthier. Egg is also goodfor the hair,try to eat at least three boiled eggs a week.

Wash your hair at least three-four times a week. Greasy hair can also be a factor which causes the hair to fall out regularly. And try changing the brand of shampoo you use, it could be that the product you use currently is too strong or too mild so it isn't suitable.

I'm not sure whether it is available in Saudi, but here in Europe there is a medicine called 'Evening Primrose' which are basically pills you take for all kinds of problems. Before I used to find large amounts of hair in the shower and a lot on the hairbrush too but now thankfully,due to these pills only a small quantity of hair falls out. Alternatively, you could take vitamins for the growth of hair and nails which can be found in any local pharmacies.

This site also has a lot of detail in to solve your problem;

And try not to think about it so much,these things are natural. But I hope you so find your solution.

There are a number of reasons why this could be happening, from personal experience, if you loss alot of weight in a short amount of time this can lead to hairloss, Stress, Grief, anxiety and depression can all lead to a condiion called Alopecia (dont know if i spelt it right), also If you feel tired as well this could be the result of an under active thyroid, it can cause hair loss and dry skin.

if this doesnt help i would recommand taking a multi-vitamin it might help your hair recover, or if you dye your hair you culd be suffering an allergic reaction.
I would say not to use chemicals on your hair. Why don't you go for some home remedies. Egg whites,lemon juice, oil massages, reducing stress and diet changes can reduce hair fall and make it healthier.You can find more cheap, effective and natural home remedies for hair loss at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/hairfall.htm鈥?/a>
